area and beyond, Texas Embroidery is just our name-not our boundary.
Owned and operated by Carrie Wells.
I pride myself in providing my customers excellent customer service, quick

How do I return merchandise?
Items will be embroidered exactly as ordered,
and personalized items are non-returnable. I am not responsible for incorrect
information, however if the mistake is mine - I will promptly correct it.
What forms of payment do you take?
Texas Embroidery Shop accepts Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Check, Business Check, and
Money Orders.
Apparel or
Embroidable goods are paid up front at the time of the order as a deposit -
Typically this is half the total order cost. Any
remaining balance is paid for upon completion after screen print or embroidery
has been applied. If apparel or goods are
provided our policy is 25% down and 75% upon completion if the order is over
$50. Orders under $50 are paid at the time of completion.
FOR CHECK & MONEY ORDERS: Checks and Money Orders should be made out to: Texas
Embroidery Shop. I ship your order as soon as your check clears, which
could take up to 7 business days. Send your payment to the address listed above.
What shipping do you offer?
We offer shipping via United Parcel
Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with
delivery confirmation and with or without insurance.
