Texas Sales Tax ~ Sales tax will be charged if you do not provide me with a copy of your Texas resale certificate.

Orders under 5 pounds are sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders over 5 pounds are usually sent via UPS. A delivery confirmation and tracking number will be assigned to every pacakge shipped.  If the tracking/delivery confirmation confirms a package has been delivered we are not responsible if the customer claims not to have received their item. 

Custom embroidered gifts average about 5 - 10 days from order date to customer delivery. This includes shipping time of the item from the manufacturer's warehouse to the time the item is embroidered. 

Any personalized embroidered/screen printed items are not returnable. Once personalized, these items cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for a refund. However, if the mistake is ours, we will cheerfully and promptly correct it.
